Verification: To protect your security, we may need to verify your identity before finalizing your request. This typically involves sending a confirmation link or SMS code to the email or phone number associated with your profile.
No Discrimination: Choosing to exercise your privacy rights will never result in discriminatory treatment. Your candidate profile will remain active, and you will continue to have full access to our recruiting tool. However, historical AI models already trained on aggregated, de-identified datasets cannot be retroactively modified.
